Online submission: "You are not authorised to view this resource".

This message appears if you try to access the abstract submission page in these cases:
-you are not logged in.
-you are logged in but you have an account from a past edition of the conference and you are not yet registered for the next one. Please update your account information as described in Register now! page.

 

I have submitted an abstract but I have not received any confirmation.

There is no confirmation by email. Once the upload is successfully completed, your abstract automatically appears in your personal area. As it’s suggested in the screencast, you can open/download your abstract from your online personal area if you want further verification.

 

I can not reach abstract submisson page.

The website traffic is high from time to time, and particularly during the deadline. Wait few minutes and try again.

 

Can I update my abstract?

After the Call For Abstracts ended (see Important dates), abstracts can no longer be updated. Make any corrections or updates to the abstract during the presentation on the slides or the poster.

 

How do I withdraw my abstract?

Log in into your account and delete your abstract in your online personal area. As a courtesy, participants should let the organizers know that you will not be able to attend the conference, which gives the organizers sufficient notice to rearrange their sessions.
