If you are unable to access your account, do not create a new account. This creates record duplication errors and difficulty for future attempts to log in. Please use the contact page.

I just registered/reseted my password/requested something... Where is my email ?

Unless something strange has happened, we have already sent you an email to the address you submitted with registration.
If you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

• Wait 10 Minutes, email can take a while to move through cyberspace.
• Check your spam or Junk Mail folder, sometimes legitimate email ends up in spam folders. The subject line will contain "International Conference on Polyol Mediated Synthesis".

If you have already tried all the above suggestions and still did not receive your email, please use the contact page.

I just registered but I am not able to log in.

Your account is probably not activated. Unless something strange has happened, we have already sent you an email to the address you submitted with registration, entitled "Account Details for XXXX at International Conference on Polyol Mediated Synthesis" with an activation link.

I've forgotten my password

There are only 4 steps to reset your password:
1. Go to this page and enter your email address to receive a password reset request. You must use the email address you originally used to register. The email contains a verification code to verify that the request was legitimate.
2. Click on the link at the end of the email. It will redirect you to a new page to verify your identity : fill in the form with your username and the verification code.
3. Then, you have to enter your new password twice.
4. If all is right, you can log into the website with your username and your new password. :)

I've forgotten my username

Go to this page and enter your email address to receive a user name reminder. You must request this reminder with the email address you originally used to register.

How do I change my email or user name ?

Unfortunately you cannot change your email or your user name yourself. Please use the contact page to make a request.

My organization changed my email address. How do I change it?

Before we can do anything, we need to confirm that you are who you say you are. Unfortunately, we can’t just take your word for it: the only way for you to confirm your identity is to prove that you can receive email at the email address you originally registered. Otherwise, You'll need to tell us your username, the email address the account was opened under and some personal information. If you don't have either piece of information, we won't be able to help you. Contact us with information requested and we'll do our best to help you.
