The registration fees include:
- Welcome reception cocktail
- Access to all oral sessions, posters presentations
- Conference program and digital Book of Abstracts
- Three lunches during the Poster Sessions
- Coffee breaks between sessions
- Conference Tour (Boat trip to Chikubushima Island in Lake Biwa, Visit to Hikone Castle and the Genkyuen Garden)

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of advance registrations must be submitted in writing and received no later than May 31st, 2016. Refunds of the original payment, minus $100 (service fee), will be mailed to the original registrant after the Conference. Substitutions may be made at any time, both on the Registration website and at the onsite registration desk, for a registrant who cannot attend but has paid the registration fee in advance. Onsite substitutes must bring authorization in writing from the original registrant. There is no charge for substitutions.
